MOSCOW, September 29 (Itar-Tass) -- The blast of a bomb planted under a Range Rover jeep injured two people in the yard of an apartment block in northern Moscow, the public relations department of the Moscow police told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

A New Milford man was killed early this morning in a single-car crash in Roxbury. State police report that William Slupatchuk, 49, of 10 Maple Drive, was driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee west on Route 67 near Rucum Road when his car drifted across the eastbound lane and struck a tree. Trooper Thomas F. Blake of Troop A reported that a paramedic found Slupatchuk dead at the scene.
