Shortly before midnight on Aug. 12, Lies, 27, and Kiowa Starr Staples, 21, stole a vehicle with a 9-month-old baby inside at Bobby & Steve's Auto World at 3701 Central Ave. N.E. A 9-month-old infant was in Jeep Grand Cherokee at the time of the theft.
