LAWRENCEVILLE - Gwinnett Police say a teenage driver may be charged in connection with a deadly two-car crash Friday morning. The 16-year-old driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee crossed the center line of Oakland Road near Oakland Ridge outside of Lawrenceville, according to police reports.
