Updated to include arraignment. GLENS FALLS -- A Glens Falls man who is on parole for setting fire to his parents’ house was arrested late Saturday after a wild high-speed chase that saw the Jeep he was driving hit a police car and nearly hit several other vehicles head-on, officials said.
