On Saturday, Feb. 14 at 6:56 p.m., Cindy Lou Fowler, 39, of 25 Price Street, Kingston, lost control of her Jeep. According to the police report, Fowler was driving on a slush- and snow-covered road when she swerved to avoid hitting a metal pipe on the roadway.
