Troubleshooters Report (KTSM El Paso)

Buying a used car with cash may be a way to get a good deal but one El Paso man says he was taken for 2 thousand dollars. Anthony Williams says he test drove a Jeep Cherokee at Valdez Motors in Northeast El Paso.
