Feb. 5 While on patrol, Ptl. Charles Reid observed a 2004, red Jeep Cherokee traveling south on Route 94. Ptl. Reid observed the Jeep braking numerous times for no apparent reason and crossing over the double yellow center lines, as well as the white fog line.
